May I ask where you go to get such beautiful beads?? Id love jewelry especially something that noone else has. I will be bidding on your pieces here.. id just also like to know wher to do go to get things to make jewelry

I fanned you in return :) Umm most of my beading material, I'd say 75% of it comes off eBay. When you start beading, it can run into some money. I could never sale what I've made & make money off of it. I just do it as a hobby rather than say going out to bars or something, which can be expensive also, but doing that you don't get any money back. Beading gives me something to do & I find it peaceful & I at least get part of what I've put into it back ya know? Does that make sense? I'm not just throwing ALL my money away. I also get some things from Wal-mart from time to time, but you can run into some money buying their beads as well. You want to use glass ones or else it's not worth much 'cause the plastic ones the paint chips off pretty quick & the ceramic can break fairly easy. Glass beads are higher to buy, though. There's so much beaded jewelry that sales on eBay that you can't make money off of posting on there. I'd say the best place to sale items would probably be at a flea market or something of that nature or if you work in a place with a lot of people you could offer items to co-workers. Thank you! No, I do it as a hobby. I put way too much money into it to ever be able to get anything out of it commission wise. I just do it & then I get so much built up that I have to get rid of some. I give some to family as gifts. I have made some for people that have asked for certain things. My daughter wears a lot of my jewelry. I tried selling some on eBay, but there's just TOO many people on there doing that to make any money off of it. You just come out in the hole. Glass beads & some of the other materials are expensive, but I figure I could be out here partying or something & wasting money that I won't ever get back. At least with my hobby, I am getting something out of it even if I am still losing out on some money. Thanks again. I fanned you :)
