F means Fanned, now a fan of yours. B - I'm not sure if it means bidding. I'm new also. Usually I see F & W, which means fanned and watching.

I had to look up barefoot sandals. The big loop goes around the ankle, the little loop goes around a toe, and the beads stay on top of the foot.

Do they have elastic to make them somewhat adjustable or at least easier to slip on?

Elastic, they have some give in them.
