The listing, Wedding Gown has ended.

Beautiful halter top style size 20 custom made wedding gown. Worn once. Pick up skirting style let out a few extra feet in the back. Has hoop skirt and halter corset with it. Can change waste sashes so as to match any color themed wedding or wear without. Paid $2,800.00 2 years ago, wore it 2 hours and its been sealed and bagged since. I do want any bidders to understand that this dress and undergarments weighs ALOT it is very heavy and I am afraid shipping is going to be expensive....the dres is approx. 45 lbs or more...there is so much material on it and most of it is a Egyptian satin which is heavy

mam if you will look at my profile picture of me holding my grand daughter and then look at the picture of the dress you will see that it is me in the dress.....the other dresses I sold were 1. from my 1st marriage, and 1. my sister got me to list for her...I was just using them dresses for weight and shipping cost examples, but as stated look at my profile, look at the wedding picture you will see they are both of me or look in the addition of Ga weddings and gardens style country magazine 2012 and you will see the dress in it as well as other pics of my wedding in the dress...it was a custome dress, custome made and was shown in magazines as well

No offense, but shouldn't your dress be more than 10,550 Listia Credits. That really isn't much when you consider the product that you are placing your ad. I have seen items with a lot less value going for about the 10K mark. Yours is of value, in comparison.

I tried so hard to win this dress last time & lost it at the last second. I was so disappointed. I really wanted this dress. I would have been fine with paying the shipping. I really hope I get the dress this time.

To make the question on shipping easy instead of having to take the dress each time to be weighed and get shipping info for each zip code I am going to change the shipping from exact cost to flat rate, and fr the BIGGEST box the post office in my area offers, which is what is required to put this BIG dress in to its going to be a flat rate of $44.00 to include insurance tracking and all. it will run about $40 because of the weight of the dress I am guessing, without taking it back to the post office and putting in that zip code its hard to give exact amount, however I have taken it and weighed it at the post office and asked about shipping charges on 3 different zipcodes thus fat and they cost ran between $39.42 and $43.00, or there is a flat rate of shipping for the box that the dress will actually fit in is $40.00

I did shipping for a wedding dress in a large flat rate box, it was a little cheaper, I don't know if it would be for you but I suggest checking it out and saving $$$$

if you send me the zip code I will take it to the post office and ee but so far the average shipping charge has run around $40.00 because of its weight

you may be able to put it in a space saver bag and do a flat rate shipping since that doesnt depend on the weight just a thought then whomever won it could just steam it

last one I shipped ws approx. $36.00 I had 3 and each dress weighs between 25-30 lbs with all the pieces...the hoop material layered skirt the bodice etc

I apologize if I came off harsh! It's clearly you in the picture! You look so lovely and I love the BMs gowns, especially the MoH because it's slightly different...plus blue is my favorite color!

What I meant was a picture of the dress right now even if it's on a hanger or laid across your bed. There have been numerous scams going on here on Listia with girls (notice I didn't say women haha) are putting up wedding photos but then fail to ship the dress that someone had gotten their hopes up on. (that's happened to me more times than I can count but my wedding is next summer so I have some cry it out time haha) That's what I meant about looking suspicious.

Also I misunderstood your comment and I sincerely apologize.

The dress is very romantic and the shipping is reasonable; I hope your auction is awesome!

no I am sorry I am not one of those girls lol but I do understand were you are coming from, andi haven't thought of that to be honest as I am new to this sight, and this bidding etc, but you make a good point...I will take some photos of it today on the hanger...its just so big and poofy it hard to get a good pic like that, lol, I hope I dint not come off rue, I am very sorry,,,but I have only been on here a few weeks and there have ben some very rude people on here to me lol....I guess you have to be suspicious on a sight like this, but I am just not use to that...I wouldn't list it if didn't ave itlol but guess everyone is not the same...will pot new pics in few (as soon as I wak up good and find camera lol) still early here
