The listing, Redwings patch has ended.

This is a used patch. I bought a jacket at a garage sale and this was sewn onto it. The patch is still in good condition. It measures 12.5 inches long, and about 4.5 inches at it's widest point.

Is it embroidery

Yes, but not your typical embroidered patch.

It's red canvas material with white embroidered stitching. So yes. But it's not your typical "stiff" patch. The canvas material makes it foldable.
