We do, but we have had fourteen years of mailing mishaps due to the Post office. But we are a fair and understanding company and have given credits back when things do not go as planned. But we also always mail out packages at 4pm Central Time everyday, Monday thru Friday. In fact, ten went out just 30 minutes ago. In a world where people take advantage of others and ruin it for most afterwards, we try and make things right when things go wrong.
