This animated version of James Fenimore Cooper's classic story, tells the tale of Uncas, the last Mohican Indian. The tale opens with a vicious battle between the Huron and the Mohican Indians. All of the Mohicans are killed in battle except the chiefs son who befriends an American Army scout named, Nathaniel "Hawkeye" Bumppo. The pair runs into a couple of lost English maidens en route to a settlement. Hawkeye and Uncas escort them on their way, but the Huron Indians still seek to wipeout all the Mohicans. Uncas will need all the help he can find if he is to survive the Huron's constant attacks, but will Hawkeye and the dwindling English army be enough?
