I'm not sure the exact dates but I think it is around 93. He was drafted in Minnesota and he and Randy Moss Had a blast out season in Minnesota

He played at UCF from 1995-1998. He was drafted by Minnesota and had great seasons from 199-2002.

It just states to avoid it, not prohibits it. I have not had any problems with delivery. It is a letter being sent in the mail. I do not have pay pal account anymore. I had a very bad experience with it and choose not to use it any longer. I had a customer send $4.00 worth of stamps. Put confirmation of receipt on the letter if you want, it's just like tracking I put on all packages to ensure delivery.
