This is a full size, .39 oz, brand new in box, container of Translucent Powder. Only opened box to show item. This is a powder that is used after all make-up is on. It is white and only looks shimmery on the face. Very flattering product, I love it.

No. It gives a shimmer to your face. Its white, but goes on clear. You don't see anything with it but the shimmer.
