This heavy-duty stainless steel scoop is great for evenly portioning batters, dough, fillings and salads. Squeeze-action handles allow for convenient one-handed use. Approximately 2 tbsp. I used to live in CC when I was stationed at Hood, but now that I am out, I am a bit further south in Pflugerville. Awesome item! I have the small and a larger one and they are great for cookie dough!

The descript/care card says, "Medium Scoop", "Perfect for cookie dough, ice cream or creating larger fruit balls". I personally like my ice cream scoops HUGE, so I guess I'd need the "Super ~ Size". LOL! =0) Thanks for checking it out...
