hi. your terms of not shipping to 'Alaska and Hawaii' is against the Rules since 'Free shipping in the US' is selected and free shipping must include Hawaii and Alaska, as stated by Listia.

If your shipping by USPS, it doesn't cost any extra to send to Alaska or Hawaii. So, I've removed that bit from your description.

also, the terms of 5 days is unreasonable and ignored in a dispute a winner can file and Listia decides on if credits are refunded or not. Listia states a winner must respond to a seller within 10 reasonable days after an auction ends. after that timeframe a seller could relist their item. if they relist before that and a winner files a dispute they would have to cancel or refund credits for the relisted auction.
