Description
The listing, Beautiful 10k Gold Ring!! SIZE 10 This would make a nice Valentines gift! has ended.
Hello everyone! I usually sell sports cards and never put jewelry on but today I decided to do something different... I have for you a beautiful 10k Gold ring. Size 10. With 2 small diamond accents one on each side. It actually looks like it could be for male or female. It has a gorgeous red gem stone on the top. I've had this ring for about 8 years now. It was given to me by a friend and I've had it in my jewelry box ever since. Wore it maybe twice... It looks brand new still. I'm sure someone out there will get more use out of it than I did... In the band of the ring it says 10k GTR... And that's all it says.. I tried looking that up and it says it's from the maker of the ring. But, maybe some of you know more than I do. I don't know anything else I can say except I have posted pictures of the ring, and the inside marking of the 10k. The beautiful ring box is included and it's all free shipping anywhere in the U.S. :-) Pay exact shipping everywhere else. I'll run this for 8 days so that I can ship it quick with tracking so that you will get it hopefully before Valentines. Thank you and happy bidding.
Questions & Comments
Are the other rings in the auction also??? Brautiful
lol thank you very much!! I had added those pictures to show everyone what the ring looked like next to some of my other rings. If the bid gets to 50k the genuine pearl necklace set will be included. I also have quite a few more gold rings that I want to add but the bids have to go up in order for me to show everyone what they look like. Thank you so much again, take care.
I found someone online who says a company named J.M. Fox Jewelers in Long Island, NY used GTR as a stamp for their company, no further info. Hope that helps.
:-) Thank you Crystallynn! If it gets to 50k I'll add the pearl necklace set :-) Which I believe is an awesome deal!! I've never taken it out of the box.
It's definitely real 10k gold. The gem is something I've already stated that I wasn't quite sure of. It looks like a ruby but I never bought this ring it was given to me several years ago buy a guy so I really don't know what the gem is. But I definitely guarantee the ring is real gold. :-)
To the winner of my auction----->>> I will be home soon.. Had to run some errands real fast.. be back after auction ends, I'm sorry. but I'll message you soon as I get home!! Thank you all very much for fanning me and watching this auction. Take care and see ya next time. :-)
Yes I agree with you.. I was looking at some other rings listed that said they were Ruby and this color gem looks identical in color to theirs. Thanks very much for the info.
Also I believe there is an "Online" ring sizer, you can print out on your printer to check the size. And for future reference usually someone is selling them on here ,generally between 2500 to 5000 credits. I bought mine here! They are very useful! but I'd buy the "Mandrel" type if you can find one , it's easier to take pics of the ring on the mandrel. The type I have is a rectangular thing with the holes in it.Not quite as accurate plus you can't get the in between sizes you do with the mandrel.Good luck! I might bid, waiting for credits to come in.I had a Ruby ring long ago, A man who I did a lot of business(antiques ) took it to "get it tested" to see if it was a "Burmese" ruby, he later said he gave it to his daughter"it was nothing" next time I went back the store was GONE!! I think it was real! He made a lot and took off! Mine was very pink in color. You say this is more red? Garnets ,generally go towards orangey tones. Some rubies are pinkish in color, not sure but I think they glow underblacklight. If you look through a real ruby it should have "rainbows" inside(like a prism) less green and yellow in the "Rainbows" is good! Most rubies come from Burma or Thailand , but the Thai Rubies are more brownish, maroon, often confused with Garnets , the color can be hard for even a jeweler to tell the difference! Some rubies are Real natural rubies, but enhanced by heat treatments.
I took pictures of my ruby last note and it showed up this same color..my garnets however hold a hint of orange in a photo..and I would lobe to help you get a lot of credits..thanks for the time..I have credits coming in and time to list a couple of auctions
