It does work as I said you'll have to put new cards in it because I removed my personal info from it and all you have to do is plug it into the computer and reload the program update very simple to do

Also the picture is of the tablet powering on I currently have the battery unplugged which is also easy to plug in the unit is simple to use and handy to have

You can get any android app available once the os is updated

hopefully this link will help with any other info you might need and like I said everything's in working order but since I removed my micro and regular sd card the update went with it so you'll have to get new ds cards micro max size is 4gb that it'll take as for standard ds card I used a 16gb card I never had any problems there no scratches on the screen so to my knowledge (until I removed my cards with the updates) it worked awesomely just don't need it anymore hope this helps anything else let me know

Also I have the charger and soft case but not the cord to hook it to the computer also like I said I unplugged the battery which all you have to do (and you'll have to do the same to insert the micro sd card) is pop the back off easy and plug it in I just don't want anything to happen while unused

Also since I'm illiterate with these things I used geek squad type people and trusted shops I've worked with for years to do the updates and such
