To me, meatloaf is the ultimate comfort food. This is a version that is traditional with a little something different. It has all my favorite ingredients-- bacon, pork, cheddar cheese, sauteed onion and mushrooms, and of course spicy BBQ sauce!

Does it seriously get any better than that? Don't forget if you have leftovers this makes a tasty meatloaf sandwich the next day!
