Size Medium, which the manufacturer, Premier Pet Products, says fits dogs from 25 to 50 pounds, with Dalmatians and Spaniels as examples.The neck and muzzle loops are both adjustable. The neck loop at its widest is 17 inches. The proper fit on the dog is as high up on the neck as possible (where it meets the skull) and very snug (so you can barely fit one finger between the collar and neck.)
The muzzle loop is 14.5 inches at its widest.
