there are 4 little metal spacers the picture isnt to good but you can tell where they are thank you for your question and for looking.

Is It possible for you to make these with out metal? I have sensitive skin but I love this It Is so pretty I would love to get these from you If you can make them without the metal?

yes I can make it with out the metal no problem at all I will add some other bead in the place of the metal unless you want it all that color
