no parts are missing? Does it have a tracking button and/or is tracking not a problem w/ most tapes? I don't know what's wrong w/ mine but the picture bounces around w/ most tapes I put in and using tracking doesn't seem to cut it so, I just want to make sure this VCR has a pretty good track record (haha) of playing tapes w/ a steady picture and sound? Also, you've estimated shipping to say, VA and know what your getting into?lol Looks small enough to maybe fit in a flat rate box? Thanks
