This starting bid or GIN don't make sense to me. I can buy 11,000 credits for $20 so 33,000 credits for $60. I could just as easily buy it for the exact value it's worth here or somewhere else. I think atleast the starting bid should be lowered a little.

I don't count points by how much they cost to buy, in the average listing 1000 PTs = $1 .... I've been on Listia since the beginning, and most people who are seasoned here calculate the same way :) .

I love Listia because you can get rid of stuff you won't use and get something you will for free... So for some this is a great deal. :)

thanks :) I totally agree, but think listia is marketing in a confusing manor, because all the "newbies" that get upset about point prices that I have talked to have the idea that you HAVE to buy points.... when I started 3 years ago, i thought I was hot stuff if I had 8,000 pts, but back then diamond rings would go for 15000 pts! Now they go for more than 80,000 pts-250,000 pts! I cant imagine being a newbie now, not being able to do gin for a while ect...... its tough in the beginning! LOL so I get where they are coming from, and happy I can clarify how it works without buying points :)

right listia not about buying the points!! its about selling and buying!! im a beginner and I caught on pretty fast!! and I think its pretty rude for ppl to come on our sites telling us what they think our items are worth! ! if they don't like it just go somewhere else like she said and buy it why announce it lol!

Some people are out to be just rude, but then there are the people who are misinformed... you are lucky you caught on fast, some newbies have spent hundreds of $$$ on points not knowing the ins and outs .... thinking they got a great deal even though if they would have just listed items it would have been a better deal ;)
