I'm not sure if can be resized or not, I can't imagine why it couldn't be, but I'm not sure. It's genuine sterling silver, marked 925, and has 3 diamond chips on the center heart.

K some times they caint resize bc the stones may come out bc i would have to resize it small like 5 1/2
