you are right the are cancelled stamps i was refering to them being sealed in plastic mint on the card just like they were sold on the collectors card

It is a nice little piece of cardboard explaining where those places are, etc. I wonder if there is a market for items like this--I could totally start a business putting cancelled stamps in little informational packets, lol! :-)
My hubby is Aussie and I haven't been to either of these places yet, but I have both stamps in my collection already. Cool little set up.
