MPC (military payment certificate) Used and brought back from Vietnam by me in 1971 It's series 692 the last series used every so often they would reissue to stop black market use on day of reissued everyone was not aloud to leave the base till they changed everyone's money if you were in the jungle they sent a pay officer out to change your money and the Vietnamese people were not allowed to come on base till all the money was changed so they got stuck with any old MPC that was now worthless This is a 1dollar bill the other is a 50 dong issues by the government of South Vietnam in 1970 As I remember the dong was I think 400 dong to 1 dollar MPC These bills are in good used condition
