We just got new phones and no longer need our old ones. There are a few small a scratches on the phone but have always had an otterbox commuter series case on it with the other box screen protectors. Comes with the screen protector and charger.

Siri came out with the 4s. This is only the 4 as per the title. :). Sprint told me it was unlocked and ready for someone else to use so I would assume so.

Don't say that cause any sprint customer loves back up phones cause they don't have the money to pay full price for a new phone and most new phones when their phone break will cost $600+ to replace it from sprint or $200+ from people
