The key is Lab Created and Synthetic are identical to the natural. Only difference being it is not from the earth. the gemstone are identical to the natural in every way. Chemical Composition, Hardness, beauty and can be just as expensive

If you ever see simulated before a genstone, it is probably a cubic zirconia. Lab created or synthetic are identical to the real thing only they did not come from the earth. The synthetic an be just as expensive as the natural because they have the same properties as the natural stone
