No it doesn't because it has a USB plug in, so it can be used with any cord that has a USB end. It was my brother in law's and he used it before leaving for Japan last month in the Marines. He gave it to me, & showed me how to use it but I don't have a USB type charger.

You give me your email address and I'll send you an invoice via PayPal. You do not have to have an account through them (although it's free). Then you pay using a debit/credit card or your checking account. It's the most secure way to send/receive funds online. :)
