They are used but in good condition with no rips or holes.
They have a little wear on very bottoms of pant legs in the back where they were a little long for me but no holes or rips. Still great pants and really comfortable!

what size would you say they are like 10, 12, 14 etc don't know anything about these sizes

Ok, well I googled the size, and supposedly a 27 in is equiv. to a sz 4 in womens, and I don't think that's right. If it is these jeans fit more like a 5/6 and maybe even a sz 7.
They aren't hip huggers but they are a lower rise. I didn't see anywhere on the tags where it says low rise. Hope this helps a little! :) Thanks for looking!

Yes, a 27 is equivalent to a size 3-4
