It's brand new, got it for Christmas 2013 from my husband, then I won a Kindle Fire HD here on Listia in the rewards store brand new from Best BUY. So no there is nothing wrong with it was only used once, No issues at all with either the Tablet, the case and you all so get a Micro #@gb card already loaded into the unit

I just looked at your profile and you are verified, how to tell is on your profile on the far left where your FB and twitter if you look put you mouse over the other bubble is which is lit it will tell you that your address is verified by listia. This says it comes with a keyboard case but doesn't mention the keyboard...Is that all together the case and the keyboard? Just want to make sure bc I saw the pictures

Yes that is what it is, it a case with a keyboard just as I said and as the pictures show as the pictures show.
