This is a spoon used to assist in the pouring of Guinness beer.
You use this by holding it upside down over top the glass, then pour the beer over the bottom of the spoon to "rain" down into the glass.
This process greatly aides the flavor and boldness of the beer and is a MUST for any aficionado
