Hi, glad you guys like it!! It comes with everything pictured, not sure of the year it is from although I am guessing mid 1900's. It is a full sized service, percolator is 13" Tall.

Can you tell me if this set is being offered with the pot, the cord, a creamer and sugar, 2 condiment squares AND the tray?

Morning everyone and happy bidding. I am so glad the item is being well received. It does come with the cord and the basket and the percolator does heat up. I do not have instructions for it but would think it would not be too find instructions on the web. I think you just fill the basket with coffee grounds, fill with water, plug in and let it percolate until coffee reaches your desired strength. I understand folks do hot cocoa and tea in these as well.
