This auction is for 5 H-Series Make Up Rate Stamps AND 4 Common Buckeye .24 Self-adhesive Stamps.
The "H"Rate stamps are valued at .01 each. These stamps can still be used for face value on USPS First Class Mail or save them as a collectible. The H-Series Stamps were from the year that postage had changed to .32 (boy, those days are gone, lol) and the .24 stamps are from 2005 when that was the price of mailing a postcard. I looked it all up and they are still useable. Do you ever find yourself just a penny or two short on your mailings? These stamps are perfect for fixing that!
