States "Sterling Silver" on baggie but there are no markings-there's no room to mark-lol
I don't know what the size is but it measures 3/8" (opening) and is adjustable.

Okay It might just be my way too abstract brained family but my 8 year old just said I see a dark skin guy in a hat,hahahahaha. It is just the tiny pic but then when you open your profile it is obvioulsy cats. When I showed her she thought it was a trick,lol. How funny.

Okay the leg of the yellow cat looks like a wide brimmed hat, and its head upside down looks like a guy looking down, and your carpet or whatever is under the cat looks like his shirt.
