This rotor is new, kinda. Explanation: We bought a foreclosed home. In one of the barns/sheds was a bunch of vehicle parts all new in their boxes, but left in the elements - rain, snow, sleet. So it is new, never used but the box is warped and the rotor itself is dirty/dusty.
