how is tht tiered one code not worth start bid

For the tiered extra pts you get 20. That is definitely worth the opening bid.
In total there are 31 codes. 1 code that's worth 10pts and 30 codes that equal 90 pts
It is tiered by the fact that if the bidding goes over 2500 then the winner receives 40 codes that equal 120 pts So an extra 20pts!
