These are good because they have the little ball at the end and I've never lost any of these while wearing one like I have with the straight back ed ones. Plus they don't stick out of your nose like the curved or L shaped one's.

I was told these make your nose bleed Everytome you take them in and out. I have a twist one in I literally can not get it out myself I have to go back in the shop and have them do it for me it's a pain in the buuuuuuuut!!! So do these make you bleed?
