this item is a size 3x woman's top. it has been worn at least once but it is in great condition. it is blue with black designs on it. it is a very pretty top I find it a little tight for me but wearable I should not do this because I do intend to lose some weight in the next few weeks but I have so many pieces of clothing and have run out of room to store them.

Is it truly a woman's plus size 3x? Some shirts I've seen say they are 3x but fit like a xl.
