Description

The listing, 1/2 Tsp Sample Of Mica Pigment has ended.

This listing is for 1/2 tsp. of Coastal Scents Chameleon Glitter Mica Pigment. This pigment is safe for eyes, lips, face, nails. 1/2 tsp. may not seem like much, but if you use loose pigments regularly you'll find that they last forever. The pigments (especially this brand) are so highly pigmented- the swatches on my hand move from left to right so you can see the movement in this color. Not to mention there is NO PRIMER on my hand. With primer, the color really pops! Make your own nail polish too!! Just put a small amount in your favorite clear polish along with a few metal mixing balls- roll/ shake- do what you do- BAM! You can add more pigment too for a one coat gorgeous polish. I shop regularly from Coastal Scents, so I'll have more loose mica pigments coming soon- if there's any color you're interested in- let me know! I use makeup regularly, and run a business revolving around makeup ;)

Ingredients: mica, iron oxide.

It's kind of hard to see exactly what color it is. Can you tell me what color we are bidding on, please? Thank you F&W Also, very interested in purples.

Absolutely! The picture that best describes this color is the jar- it's a better quality photo.. This pigment is sort of a terra cotta brown.. With green/blue glitter dust. If you use it lightly, it's a sheer terra cotta/ green shimmer (and I mean dust- the glitter is SO fine- no grainy feel). Wearing it regularly you will have a reddish brown with the same color reflections, and darker is more brown, less red in it... Honestly, this color reminds me of dragon scales. That should have been the name. It's amazing though.. I like to wear it on the outer corners of my eye & in the crease. It's blend able & BUILDABLE.. I think I may have ordered a purple.. Or a purple black.. I'll see when my package arrives- if not, I'll order some ;)

Also- the swatches above are SEMI accurate- I've noticed the shimmer is yellow based... It does not look yellow at all in person... I believe this was the light from my phone reflecting off the pigment. One swatch from my finger, one swipe, and I've just moved my hand- this color MOVES. I'll see if I can represent the color of the shimmer better on the skin..

On the very last picture I used NYX jumbo eyeshadow stick in 604 Milk...then I tapped on the pigment with my index finger. Great shadow primer, and the color I feel better represents what it will look like on your eyes/nails. I'm not opposed to giving nail polish swatches either ;)

Thank you, that's what I'd be interested in it for is the nails. Thanks so much for all your details. I really do appreciate it.

What color nail polish would this make? A rust with green and would it be the kind that changes color when you move your hand in the light or would it just have the green highlights?
