You can go online look up things like Facebook your email and it has ports for a printer hook- up, If you want to download anything you go to the site download and store it on your hard drive, The notebook does have hard drive or it would not work, ever notebook or computer has a hard drive. The only difference is that a computer has dish tray to load a CD, the notebook does not. If you want music you have to go to itunes and download it to your hard drive.

You just need internet access. Once you open your notebook up they will give you instructions in how to set up the notebook. Just folllow the instructions.

As someone who owns one of these, no, it is not a touchscreen. Its a good little computer for movies/music/internet. It doesn't have a hard drive but you can easily download or usb stick anything you need on there. I used it for watching movies on deployment, worked perfect for it.

to get the screen size measure diagonally that is how you get the correct screen. size...Just a FYI to help, btw already a fan but I am watching :)

9" that is measuring outside so about an 7", I wonder why it doesn't say on the box.the model # ZHG does that help?

I posted a pic with it turned on, it is an Aspire One 725-0899, it doesn't say anything about a Model number on here, look at the back of the pic I have posted and let me know what set of numbers you are talking about. Thank you
