Is this the GameBoy color version? It seems to be in excellent shape, and doesn't have the Color logo. That usually points to a fake. (Not saying it is, just pointing out that those are the usual warning signs for a fake Pokemon game)

You need to do better research, there is only one "version" of this particular game, unless you are looking for one in another language.
