Unique Vintage Van Ace - Fifth Ave New York brand black & brass women's makeup Compact. Patent # 143158 Made in the USA. Still has powder puff intact underneath & clasps snap tightly and all work. Really unique shape. Lovely item with really pretty fleur de lis pattern on one side in brass? And black & brass or goldtone diagonal stripes on the other. There is a small amount of vintage wear on the black part but, very minimal and the mirror has no cracks & you can still use for applying makeup. It is just under 4 inches by 2 3/4 inches wide.Thanks for looking & have a great weekend!
