Looks like you have some Marine Corps stuff mixed in with some Army stuff....Buckle on the Right is USMC left is Army I believe.....There's also an Army Spec 4 rank insignia above the USMC buckle....Not antique, but nice stuff for somebody.

My sons best friend is in the rotc. we took them .yesterday downtown
