How to Grow: Plant seed 1" apart, 1/2" deep in rows spaced 8" apart. Thin seedlings to 6" apart when plants are 3" to 4" tall. Keep the soil moist but not soggy. After germination, water as needed. Successive crops can be planted 2 or 3 weeks apart.
Harvesting: Mustard greens can be harvested any time. Pick leaves from the sides of the plant first, or cut the entire plant at ground level.
