Very, very pretty :)

This type of statue is called a Kore (Female Figure) of a follower of the God Dionysius (Greek god of vines, grapes, drinking and merriment).. Hence the depiction of the grapes in her arms :) You can tell she is Greek because of the way she wears her band... Has she been triple fired with waterproof clear coat on her or something? You said she was outside ready right?

Just love this.. missed the first time around.. now hitting the relist!! Do you have any other Greek depictions?
