This is a vintage gold tone metal purse and compact combination by Evans and made for whiting and davis.. The purse hangs 6", without the mesh strap which is 4" long. It is about 4 - 3/4" wide. Ideal gift for Valentine's Day The lid is textured black silk, faille fabric and is set with BRILLIANT crystal rhinestones. It opens to reveal the purse compartment and the compact The lid to the rouge compartment is silver tone metalThe powder compartment has it's original "puff" as well.All snaps, hinges and latches work as new on every compartment.The purse itself, in fluid gold tone metal mesh, was made for Evans by Whiting Davis. The mesh is in BRILLIANT, pre owned condition.The fine metal mesh handle / strap is fluid and will slip over the wrist perfectly.Rare to find in this condition; worthy of an advanced collection

holy moly!!!!!!!!!!! that is gorgeous!!!!! i love it!! i want it so bad, lol, i just love 1930's vintage mesh bags like this, and whiting and davis makes the best!! i own a couple of there snake pieces and i love them!! im saving my credits for this one!! i want to gin but im a little short, lol, but im going to try and get the rest cause this is well worth the credits!! awesome auction hun and ty for sharing this stunning piece!!

I love the snake pieces to, but those pieces are sooooooooooo high that I could never afford one, lol, but I don't collect these anyways so its just collecting dust, so I want it to go to someone that will take care of it and want it, but I cant just give it away for nothing either ya no...but good luck hun and im glad you are interested!!

this one is not new, it is vintage and it does come with its original puff but its preowned, but this one is in very good condition for its age, no missing links or anything.. this a gorgeous piece and would please any collector!!
