This is a very cute outfit. The skirt is layered but lightweight and the top can be un-strapped and worn as a vest, or clipped all the way. Its a size medium, no rips, or stains and my daughter wore the skirt only once.

I am a single mother and full time student, if you wait for either information, it is difficult for me to keep up, as I literally have at least 70 auctions going on at once.
Also, I will not refund credits because you choose to change your mind about shipping or the product when you get it. I clearly define any problems with anything and try to give all the information I know. I state clearly the shipping prices and they are not hard to see. I will do GIN's on some items, but most I like to give everyone a chance. If the auction gets high enough (depending on the size of the product), I will think about free shipping.
