This came out of my old P4 system, and I'm not the computer guru to find out if it will fit your system. I'd go to your favorite search engine and match up some numbers to make a match. Seems the manufacturers of mother boards -- ad infinitum -- have their own ways of "making things work." We, as consumers, have to rely on "cross-references." If nothing else, the fan works great and the aluminum can be recycled. Thanks for the question. Gary
