what makes it rare is that you rarely see these coins being used almost everywhere and they are hard to find/get as the production of these coins has been stopped since 90s, and there arent alot of these out there to get easily unless you find one like here.

sure but i have seen some from 85s and they have about the same value as the ones in the early 40s.
