First of all AngelicaJewels congratulations on your weight lose and I hope that your health is better and you are feeling good about life and the new you. This item is indeed an XL. I may have confused you because I was responding specifically to the question she had asked which was is it true to size. My response was yes it is and in my opinion having it in front of me, it is visually large. Meaning I would not recommend it for her if she is a M/L. I am sorry for the confusion and I hope this clarifies what I meant.. Thank you for your question and for reading comments..

I examined the item and it does not give me a specific bra size and unfortunately I and not as blessed as you when it comes to the bra department so I cannot give you the exact information that you are seeking.
