Are these by any chance a larger wider than usual size 8? I can do a 8.5 or 9, but maybe if I wore thin socks they would fit? Or are they about like a size 8 dress shoe? Awesome boots! Perfect for bike riding (my transportation and way to get out and catch the breeze) in the upcoming slush and stuff!! I am in desperate need of new boots!! Mine leak and are peeling and aren't as waterproof as these look! I will watch and see what you have to say about them!

It's really hard to say, I wear a 8 1/2 to a 9 and they feel a little tight on me with thick socks on. Hope that helps...And I have wore them in the snow/rain and they have not gotten my feet wet
