Tonymoly is the brand and you would just apply it the way you would an eyebrow pencil. thanks for your inquiry.

Here are the directions:
1. Draw your eyebrow with this product after cleansing face at night. (without water or any night care cream) * If you use it after make up, the lasting effects decreases.
2. When you draw too thickly, swap your eyebrow before drying.
3. It's okay to use it 1-2 hours before bedtime.
4. Re-touch your eyebrow after 3~4days if you want long lasting color.
