The listing, Fed Shreds Shredded U.S. Currency has ended.
This is a bag of what used to be approximately $364.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago shredded these "unfit" bills and bagged them up as a souvenir.
I'm not sure if it's possible to even attempt to put them back together, but if you've got a few years of extra time, give it a shot! (Be sure to have LOTS of tape handy.)
I kept this around just for fun, inviting people to try to put them back together, but so far none of my friends have felt like $364 would be worth the attempt. They're probably right. When they shredded these bills, they shredded them like they meant it.
