Hello :) Listia does not allow for you to say no returns. If the item does not work the way you say it does then the buyer has every right to ask for a refund. Of course if everything is the way it is lsted then of course you can not just return it. I find your wording "sold as is" and "no returns" scarey. It makes me think their is something wrong with it. However you have posted that it works perfect.

LOL They ask you to write your name on a piece of paper to show that you actually have the item. This is usually for new people. However I see you have great feedback :) I am excited about this auction. I just bought my little one a kindle and the woman never sent it. It never showed for her bday. Broke her heart. SO I showed her this one and said I would get it for her. Thank you for posting it. Any kind of I Pads or expensive items are under a lot of scruinty as their are so many fake ones. So please do not take it personally. The bad ones ruin it for the good ones. Thats always the way it works. If you did add your name on a piece of paper next to the item it would just show people that the item is in your possesion. I have had to do it with many of my game system auctions. Actually everyone except the one I have up now. I have done so many that now people know I will send them it ect. SO good luck on your auction and I will be bidding
