This skirt is BRAND NEW WITH THE TAGS STILL ATTACHED! It's a REALLY cute skirt that I bought about 2 months ago in an attempt to be daring. Unfortunately, I'm not comfortable with a short skirt and I can't return it because of Forever 21 because it's been too long.

It would definitely fit a size small. Usually I do free shipping with my auctions, but with the clothes, I'm using Priority Mail.
